Anyone with T5 Dimming Ballast Experience

Hi, I'm having a problem with my T5 dimming ballast's. I'm using Phillips Mark 7 0-10 volt dimming ballast and an Apex controller. I'm using two ballast with four bulbs, 2 white and 2 blue. When I first installed the lights everthing worked perfectly. The blue lights would come on ramp up for 60 minutes and then an hour later the white lights would come on and ramp up for 60 minutes. About a two weeks later the white lights would come on, I don't know if they even started their ramp up, and about 10 minutes later would shut off. If I unpluged and pluged the ballast back in, they would come back on, sometimes they would complete their ramp up, sometimes the would stay on for a couple of minutes and go back off. I would repeat the above until the profile for the ramp was complete and then they would stay on. I thought the ballast was bad. Meanwhile the blue lights were functioning perfectly, comming on, ramping up, staying on, ramping down, shutting off. Now this morning the blue lights came on and then shut off. I had to do the same as I had to do with the white lights. Anybody have any ideas as to whats going on? After the lights were on the ramp downs have always worked perfectly, its only the ramp ups that have problems. Thanks in advance.

I'd start with my XML outlet log and see if the controller is telling the lights to turn OFF or if they're doing it on their own. You can also try and plug them into a regular wall outlet. You won't get the dimming but if they're turning off on their own, you should see it there as well. That would eliminate the Apex. If you need voltage on the dimming circuit to do this, use a 9v battery.

I checked the XML outlet log and the Apex didn't turn the outlets off. I'm pretty sure its in the ballast. Any thoughts on why the ballast would shut down.
Thanks
