Anyone work with acrylic?

I'm looking at doing a sump in acrylic for 2 reasons...
#1 I'm not too sure about the 20 gallon tank I'm using
#2 I have an oceanic bow stand and it's very awkward to get things to fit...So I was thinking about doing a sump on one side and something similar on the opposite side for my top off...Currently, I can only use a 5 gallon bucket.

Art does very nice work but he only goes through Lfs stores GWA MS and belts deals with Dave.

You might want to get in contact with Scbadiver. If you look in my gallery you will see some photos of his work. We/he just built might sump in April. Or if you would like I can get him in contact with you if that is what you would prefer.
