Apex DOS or Stenner Double Head

My AWC using a dual head Masterflex is not working out... input and output doesn't match. I am at a decision point: Do I replace to Masterflex with a Stenner or an Apex DOS?

I like that the DOS meters input/output, but the Stenner has more muscle. I'll be lifting about 8' then a 50' run through the attic.

Does anyone have enough experience with the DOS to know if it is strong/durable enough?

I've been toying with the idea of a dual head Masterflex and found out that I would need adjustable heads to match the input/output.

Did you use heads with adjustable occlusion?

No... just felt the Masterflex was old, and the heads old too. But adjustable occlusion heads may be the way to go. I would hate to buy the new Stenner only to have the same problem.

You will want an adjustable occlusion head. Basically, you're dealing with (manufacturing tolerance variation of the pump head+variance of the tubing diameters)*pump revolutions.

I use DOS and it works just fine, but the difference between a DOS and a Masterflex/Stenner/Watson Marlow is like night and day.
