apex factory reset

After a power outage i can't seem to login in to my apex. Looks like it powered up just fine and all my profiles seem to be working. The one thing besides not being able to login is that my probes are not reading correctly. Good thing i was home at the time. If not my heater would have come on and overshot its temperature since it is currently reading 0 and killed everything within a couple hours. If not the heater the calcium reactor would have melted all the media since the ph was reading high.

I can still make changes via apex fusion but thats about it. Tried the default login with no luck. Unfortunately my apex display stopped working a few years ago or else i would wipe everything with the display and load a previous settings.

Has anyone been emailed the special firmware from apex to reset a forgotten password? After some searching i know it exists but having a hard time getting a hold of neptune. I did receive a response to the service ticket but being emailed once every few hours doesn't help and now they're closed till monday.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Where are you located? Why not borrow a display from a friend and reset. Let me know if you're close to Irvine.

i usually don't like bothering people for these types of things but i would be willing to give a couple sps frags for anyone willing to stop by for a few minutes with their display. Not sure it will work but worth a shot.

I'm in the city of South Gate by the 105 and 710.

Thanks

Download the Neptune browser utility, you then install in on a computer on same network and it will do Everything a screen will. Sorry, if i missed something I didn't read your thread fully

The browser utility also requires that you login with username and password.

My apex seems to have changed its password on its own
