Apex Firmware Help - Not my first rodeo

Having a problem updating to new Apex firmware. I've done this a couple of time without a problem...

Operation failed with the following error information:

Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted


Where do I fine the duplicated socket address usage?

Something else on your pc is running a tftp service I suspect. Or maybe you had two copies of the updated running. Best bet would be to reboot then try again. If that doesn't work, reboot in Safe Mode with Networking. And run the updated that way.
