Apex help!

Anyone out there willing to help me with my apex. I just bought it and I'm having difficulties programming things to it. I seem to have way more outlets than what I actually do and I'm using the wizard and the lights don't seem too following the program.

I read the codes and inputting the codes isn't a issue for me. I'm having some problems with it following the codes and the apex itself

If you bough the Apex used. Try resetting it back to default or factory settings.

Updating the firmware is a must...I've had modules that just won't work until I update the firmware. Make sure you don't update over a wireless connection, plug Ethernet cable to your computer. Also, be sure you update each module individually as well as the page. Let us know if this helps.

It has all the updates and was done by Ethernet

Im a new tech stuff idiot. I recommend you do your programming on a computer and not from the head set, or what ever its called.

If you are doing from computer and STILL dont get it, I suggest the Neptune Systems forum here on RC. Lots of help there.
