Apex - Issues with pH and Temp readings

Think of the following statement : Defer 002 Then ON as

"Defer the ON state of this outlet for 2 minutes"

If the outlet was to generate an OFF condition at the end, then the Defer would not activate.

i just talked to them today about the same problem. brand new system so its covered they said..after talking to some kid that had no clue, his boss and him seem to think its my temp probe..well the probe is out and 6 hrs later same thing ..something is wrong with there programs, it all started after i added a new eb8 it shows that its good by the lite, but it happen for a minute again then back to normal..It really makes a mess of my system...they will be getting a call from me tomorrow again..

Talked to them today didnt have much time i was working, told them ill talk to them tomorrow when i get home they have been getting calls about this since i called them yesterday we will get this figure out tomorrow with a tech guy. ill let you know what they come up with..

I just finish re-updating after i installed myh second EB8, also found out it was very important to update the Wep pages part of the new update, it seem everytime it would due a webpage update making a data log is where i was getting the weird reading causing my system to go crazy. so far no problems in the last 14hrs.everything been working like it should ..so if your having issues make sure you update the webpage part of the update..

Spent all day on the phone setup telnet for them..they looked at everything. they came to the conclusion that i had somekind of software problem so they gave me a link to update to 4.05 which should be out in a couple weeks told me that i pretty much have a complete undate might be a few bugs but they are not sure yet. seems to be working as planned. they are going to keep an eye on it as so will i..
