Apex/Jebao - about to give up

I've had my Apex running for two months. Love everything, except I can't get it to run my Jebao RW4s. I have two of them running into the wave maker adaptor.

I've copied a bunch of profiles, and set up the variable speed V1/V2.

Nothing.

Attaching screen shots of the profiles, dashboard and variable port programs. Maybe you can spot something I am missing?

Not a lot of traffic on the Neptune community site - you guys are always so helpful.

why are you running a ramp profile? Just use pump profile.

Was just going through all profiles when I saw that. I had copied someone else's verbatim. I'll make this change when I get home and update. Thank you!

these all should be fine, just don't set intensity between 1 and 20.

What's the point of the calm profile? Why not just set to off? Also, I worry about letting the PH turn off for an extended period, I've lost a curious fish that way.

My calm profile runs at night and is set to 20% min 30% max.

Thanks - I made these changes as well. Fingers crossed when I get home...

So, this whole time, it was the cable. My adaptor came with a standard phone cable. I swapped it for an Ethernet cable, and it's all good.

Go figure.

Well, it's set for 9pm. I will watch it, switch it from pump back to ramp, and update here.
