I have an older apex Lite. I tried to reset my clock this morning and obviously hit the wrong buttons. I now get a Communication Error. I tried to reboot the system by unplugging everything. No luck. Can you point me in the right direction. TIA
For some reason I get the feeling fusion is not connected to my modem. Since I have an older apex lite there's not that much info out there. I've tried the Quick Connect Guide and linked to fusion. The dashboard says fusion is ok, but still get an error message. Where can I go to verify my modem settings to connect to apex and/or fusion.
