I have a apex lite that the main module is rattling inside. So I unscrewed to open the box and found the internal battery came unsodered. So I don't want to try it because it might short the head unit. How can I get this fixed. It was purchased in oct and never set up.
Send email to support@neptune.com but I think you will find out that you don't need the battery; especially if the Apex will be network connected. The battery only has limited power (soe minutes) to hold the time but if you are network connected then the Apex sets the clock from the network.
