Apex Not Turning Off LEDs

Hooked up two Ecoxotic LED modules today on a single outlet, but even when the display and the webpage say that the outlet is Manual Off, the LEDs stay on.

Any suggestions?

Try moving to outlet #4 or #8; it could be that the power factor of the LEDs is so small the triac outlets cannot turn them off. This is a common problem with low power factor devices.

You can also try to run their 110v plugs off EB8 outlets and turn those outlets off when you dim down to 0. shouldn't have to but that for sure will turn them off.

Stunners or Panoramas?
If Stunners, the low power draw on a TRIAC outlet might be the issue, but I doubt it - Stunners draw about 6w each. If you have Panoramas, them the power factor is definitely not the problem.

Alan, Ecoxotics are not dimmable

These are the Panoramas, the 12 inch modules, 2 of them. Like these:

If the LEDs turn on correctly but not off that is classic example of low power factor. If this is what you experience try outlet 4 or 8.

Sorry, thought they were.
I wish they were dimmable!! I really like both the Stunner & Panorama product lines - except for the lack of dimming capability. Ecoxotic is local to me, and I've been to their HQ... good product, great guys running the company. But no dimming :(
