Apex vs. ACIII Pro

I have an ACII and want to move up to something that offers an imbedded web server so I can recieve emails or control from a phone in the future or a PC. I already have newer ph & ORP probes and also have 2 DC8's hardwired. It looks like I can get the Apex controller & display for around $325 and an ACIII Pro for $250. What are the pro's and con's to both units? Are there any ACIII Pro converts that would weigh in?

The most important thing to consider IMO is that the AC3/AC3pro is are discontinued products. If you can find a new one for sale, it is leftover stock. The last of that generation of controllers, the ACjr, is about to be discontinued as well when the Apex Jr starts shipping any day now.

One of the Apex family of controllers is the way to go.
