Apex with Tunze 6055 controllable

Hello all,

I have a 6055 hooked up to a NS Apex controller and when i put the controller to feed mode it works but it has some issues. When turned to feed A the tunze shuts off but pulse every 30ish seconds accompanied with a little clank noise. My question is if this is normal behavior of the pump with the controller or do i have a setting wrong in my pump profile? If any thing at all is it ok for the pump to make that noise every time i feed my fish?

Yes it is normal behavior for the pump. It is the fish care function to keep small fish out while they are off
