I have used their apoxie sculpt to build some complex reef structures out of broken bits to pukani rock and really have enjoyed the results. They have another product called fix it, that says it will set up under water. The description on the sculpt (which does not set up under water and requires about 48 house to cure) is said to be marine safe. So far I have not seen anything of the contrary and have used it for many things even building stuff for other people.
I was curious is anyone has used their fixit? As 40 buck for 3 pounds is a heck of a lot more economical than 15-20 bucks for two ounces of "aquarium branded" underwater adhesives.
I read the description and while it mentions marine, it does not specifically say marine safe like the apoxie sculpt. I have emailed the company but was hoping there might be someone here with person experience of this product. Thank you.
And with the way I go through the stuff (by the buckets) it would be very helpful to be able to buy it by the 3-4-20 lbs rather than by the ounce.
