Who is bringing what and what exactly is a 50/50 auction?
How does this work?
Is it a silent auction or is there an auctioneer?
Can you explain what happened at the last one?
Thanks :)

We also have:
$25 Gift certificate from Clayton Pet

$50 Gift certificate from Inland Aquatics

A full weekend registration or IMAC!!!

I want that 300g frag tank from Velko, that someone bought last year for $75.... Now I wish I had brought more money.

If any one knows of one.... LMK.

Basically we have both silent and an oral auction.
Everyone is encourgaged to bring unwanted items for the auction. Half of each sale goes to SEASL (or more if the owner wishes) to help pay for club business like bringing in guest speakers and paying for meeting places.

well, just my opinion. but, i for one was greatly disappointed. there were about fifteen people there, and not much in the way of "loot". maybe i missed something. anyway, just my opinion.

Bummer. Maybe just not a lot of people who had stuff to sell this year. I didn't go because I'm sitting here at home wading through financial aid applications and information for my stepson going to college this fall, otherwise I may have gone. Anything I have to sell isn't ready yet, though. I may have my skimmer and maybe a couple other things up for sale soon, if anyone's looking. I still need to order a new one first, though.

Not sure if it was the weather or timing with the recent TWP equipment sale. Te frag swap should be excellent though.

I picked up a brand new Oceans Motions Squirt for a great price!

We have had this meeting with a lot more to choose from, maybe it was to late in the "season" this year. Someting for us officers to think about for next season!! :)
