April Meeting

Hello all!

Just a reminder that the April Meeting is a social meeting. Chris and I will be hosting a dinner party at our home in Davis on April 16th.

April 16th is also Picnic Day for UC Davis, so you can spend all day checking out the campus beforehand or just come for the evening. We host this party every year for friends and family, so we wanted to open the invitation to every MARS member this year as well.

Each year, we have a Taco Divy-Up, where we provide tortillas and fillings for everyone. We do ask that you please bring a side dish to share with everyone (a dip/appetizer/dessert/drinks). Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can start formulating a plan of attack on how to feed everyone in attendance!

We need to have an accurate count so we have enough food for everyone, and the address will not be publicly posted (can't have our address just out there for everyone to see, that's a bit creepy)

Ok guys, last time I am bugging you with this. Meeting is this coming Saturday.

You MUST RSVP to either Chris or myself by Wednesday Night. We are making food for the meeting so we need to know how many people will be there.

Replying to this thread does not count as an RSVP, and you will not receive the address if you do so. If you are coming please PM Tweakes182 or myself so we can give you the address as we will not be posting the address publicly.

Ok, sorry, last time I do this I promise

Picnic Day Party and April Meeting is tomorrow!

Chris is hard at work getting food ready and I am doing everything else.

Just a few things:
1) If you want to come, but for some reason didn't get the invite, let chris and I know! We have plenty of food!
2) If you do not know the address (or need it again), please PM Chris or I. WE WILL NOT BE POSTING THE ADDRESS TO THE FORUM OR THE EVENT PAGE as this event is being held in our home.
3)If you are coming, please bring drinks or a side to share (we really only need drinks at this point. We have the following as of right now:
-Ice Tea
-Soda
-some Cider
-Avenger IPA from Loomis Basin
We still encourage people to bring more drinks to share with others (beer, wine, cider, wine coolers, sodas, etc)

It was quite the Success Thank You to all who were able to make it. I know a lot of people ended up being out of town that weekend.
