Aptasia control in a reef tank

The lime is def better than joes.

But the lime you had to inject, which is tough to impossible. I know cause I tried many times. The little buggers shrivel up into nothing. I was also concerned with just how much lime I was putting into the tank in a very short period. Maybe not a big deal on a 125 gallon, but something to think about on a 29.

Ive had success with pep shrimp before but...
...if you want this to work 100% and make it take time Id suggest removing the effect rock(s) and dumping them in a freshwater bucket. Then scrub the atipastia off with a toothbrush. Finally rinse the rock in a freshwater bath and re-cure them in a QT for two weeks. Then add them into the tank again.

That'll be 100% effective and take lots time/make u look like your doing alot of work.
