Aqua clear Aquatics sump

I purchased a used setup off of Graigs list and the tank I purchased came with a sump that has a stickers saying Aqua clear aquatics Jacksonville, FL. I looked on the web but can't find out anything about how it's supposed to be setup. Would anyone have any directions or be able to point me in the direction on how to set it up? Thanks!

I noticed there is a water level mark, assume I can put my heater in the sump. I know the basics and how the skimmer works, was wondering if the drip tray needs to go in a certain way?
