It just seems like something I can use now...for lights, water movement, PH and Temp readings...and something I can use later when the tank hardware grows and I am actually controlling PH

i had an ac jr -- just upgraded to the ac 3 so i can controll the ozone. i love mine... it makes things so much easier. i was surprised to see how the ph goes up and down through out the day.
there are lots of things you can control that i havent figured out yet.

Thanks for the info eastonreef...I feel like it will allow me to have a finger on the pulse of the tank so to speak. I found a place that sells the base units online super cheap...time to free up some tank funds!!

Stix, have you pulled the trigger on the AC Jr.

The more I think about it, I'm going to ask Santa to put one under the Christmas tree for me

Champion can do $189 on a ACjr and DC8 combo unit as long as we are buying three or more. At that price, i may be down for getting one. I dont really like the idea of using the x10s myself.
