Aqua Medic Ocean Light Hanging Help

So I received my ocean light Friday and will get my bulb tomorrow. I noticed that there were no instructions with the light and my question is how do you use the screws and drywall anchors to hang the light? I have the cables screwed into the actual fixture but haven't hung the light from the ceiling. That's where I need some assistance. This may be a stupid question.. but sometimes easy answers will you stare you in the face and you still won't see them.

I have a hanging kit but from a different manufacturer. If it was me, I wouldn't even be asking this question here. I would call the place you got it from and ask them. I would also ask where the instructions are.
