Hey Yinger, I don't think that hospital feeding thing can keep up with your evaporation rate, if you plan to use Kalkwasser to top off your tank you better off with spectrapure liter meter. I had one before it didn't work out well so I gave that away to Steve.

I'm using with Nilson Reactor for now but starting next week I won't use it any more. I will have a new toy (new Zeovit reactor) to play with. so I won't need kalk to dose in my tank.

hey loc it has an adjustable setting which the aqua medic didn't have so I think you can dose up to like 4.5 gallons per day. I think I evap about a gallon a day. I looked at them all, but the litermeter was expensive. What do you use now?

Let me see how is the I-Aquatic IZ-618 Zeovit Reactor working, then I will let you know later. I really do not trust those DYI reactors, I rather spend more to buy the name.

Yeah, that's what they say... I have used gravity feed, aqua medic 3000, hospital feeding machine(rate for 5-9999ml)...ect, still didn't work well. Finally I am using litermeter and very happy with it. I have seen some one was selling used one before, why don't you try looking for it at Want to buy forum.

Loc: how much water do you evap daily? I did quite a bit of research... well i thought i did enough haha. If I don't like the nautilus, i'll just return it and check out the litermeter. Thanks!

My litermeter is set at 9.00L/day flowrate at 350, roughly about 4.5g.
