I just wanted to say that my experience with Aquacave was pretty good overall. I ordered a RKL last Thursday night and received it this afternoon (Tuesday). So processing and shipping was very speedy in my experience. However, I never received any order confirmation emails or tracking emails. When I asked for these by email (Tuesday,early afternoon), Aquacave responded within an hour with all of my order details, and my package miraculously appeared an hour later hah. So besides not receiving the confirmation emails for received payment or tracking the transaction was pleasant and fast.

Tips to aquacave...real-time stock inventory viewable to clients, and provide confirmation emails for client documentation (and for sense of comfort...been ripped of one too many times, unfortunately).

i had the same issues. did you pay via paypal? but my problem was that is registered on aquacave with 1 email and i use a different for paypal. my order info went to the paypal email address. so i called and they pointed this out to me. i felt like a idiot. hehe
