I FINALY FIGURED IT OUT!

OK........... If you want to hook up a Tunze to an aquacontroller and want it to actually do what you tell it to you need a GROUND! It works PERFECT with an extension cord attached to it that has a proper ground but it does not work at all without one. I just testing it a lot and that seems to be the fix!

Are we talking simple on and off control or something much fancier?

Just the simple on/off was the issue. I have heard tons of people with this issue and I was one of them until I just tested tons of different things. You can not even get it to manually shut off if you directly connect a Nano Stream to it.

Before you I at least heard one member using this controller to turn his 6025s on and off without problem, but I don't know if he had used an extension cord.

I've got a 6025 plugged directly into my RK2 controller to control off and on and haven't had any problems. I actually had 2 running for a while but ended up taking one of them off line since the tank didn't need quite that much flow. Both of them controlled fine off the RK2.

Spleen

I had 2 6025s running off the aqua jr and neptune x10 (heavy duty) plug and never had a problem with mine turning on and off, sometimes one starts in the opposite direction but thats a issue for another thread..
