Both very good Questions, However I think what young Trottie was asking might be Did you start your own aquaculture frags?? Not aquacultuer?? But back to the 2 questions, Yes tell us Howard did you start aquacultured SPS & Frags?? We'd love to know??

I think most of you know that I traded in some of the frags I got from Chad Farmer to Dwayne at MS.
I did not get them at the swap intending to trade them or sell them. I headed to MS to get a feed pump for the Ca reactor, as well as some reactor media.
Dwayne show me the small Purple Tang they had, which for what it is worth is about the fish I have been wanting for the longest time, never could find a small one, and my daughter Katie saw one in a Foster and Smith catalogue and has been after me to get it.
After buying some frags and the feed pump I was cash poor. I told Dwayne all I had was some frags, and that was pretty much the story.
Now how you could tell which frags they were, I am not sure. As they have many there. In hindsight though, I should have not done what I did, trading them so soon, instead of putting them in my tank. Didn't do anything intentional, just came out as a bad thing to do to some...
Why didn't you ask me when I was at the store tonight Matt?
No Chelsey, no frag tank. Don't have the money... one income, wife going to school, bills, etc.
Other than needing more flow in my tank, like I talked about with Steve and Matt tonight, I am pretty happy with the tank and fish at the moment. Really pleased overall. Now if I can just get the stuff to grow like it was in my 58....

Yeah, none of my monti's have started encrusting in my tank yet howie. I think we're just too impatient. I think my green branching monti will start encrusting soon. I'm starting to see the white tips that is a sign of growth.
I found out today I wasn't dosing enough alk as it was down to 7 when it was 9 a week ago.
