Aquamaxx 14K, anyone else have issues?

Mine went out last month for no apparant reason. I had it installed less than 6 months. Wondering if anyone else has had any issues? I liked the color a lot.

yeah as Gary posted its the 250W SE one. I ahve since replaced with a Reeflux 12K whch i actually like better
