Aquamaxx HOB-1 arrived with broken piece

I received my Aquamaxx HOB-1 skimmer yesterday and found that the strainer was broken off from the intake tubing. I've emailed info@aquamaxxaquariums.com and have not gotten a response.

I see that Marine Depot owns the domain name aquamaxxaquariums.com so I'm hoping that since you very well may own Aquamaxx, you can help me get a replacement intake/strainer assembly.

My order number was 100726220.
