Find some epoxy. the kind you mix with your hands and it smells real bad. Then take some superglue gel and put it on the epoxy then stick that to the frag. Then repeat on the other side of the epoxy before placing it in the tank.
A gel form of cyanoacrylate glue is best for small soft coral polyps. Gently blot the bottom of the coral and rock to dry it them a little. This is only temporary until the coral tissue grows over and forms its own attachment. Epoxy putty is generally used for structure and has no adhesive properties to speak of, it does work well on LPS and SPS skeletons if they are not too heavy.
