aquanotes 3.5c new install runtime error 6

hey guys, reinstalled aquanotes 3.5c on a new computer, everything seems to be working properly. i can see currents, program, clock, all that stuff is good. as soon as i open database, tank database it crashes with a runtime error 6. thought there was a dll or something that doesn't get coppied correctly, but it was a long time ago when i installed it on my other computer (win7 also, worked fine)
