Is the aquanotes app available for Blackberry or only for iphone and android?

There are 2 (yes, confusing); 1 is for Windows and works on older controller (AC3 and before), the other is for Apex and runs on the iPhone only.

I was looking for an apex app for blackberry. Hopefully it will be out soon.

Use Ken's TankManager. It works on the Blackberry just fine. If you have a problem with the graphing on the BB, download and use Opera Mini for your BB browser.
