Aquapod 12 vs. 24

I'm debating on the following Aquapods:

The 24 gal 150 watt HQI or

the 12 gal 70 watt HQI?

I like the smaller size of the 12 gal, but am afraid it might not be enough light for stonys (not necessarily SPS). What do you guys think???

I have a 24 nanocube and in less than a year I'm already getting another setup. You'll fill the 12 in no time.

I really want something SMALL now. I agree, the 24 is a good size but the footprint is pretty darn big. I don't like the cheesy stands. I just want to put it on a table or countertop.
