Aquapod 24 Gallon

Ok so I just opened up the box and I'm setting this thing up and it clearly says in the instructions to unscrew the light fixtures and take off the plastic casing that's around the lightbulbs but I don't see any casing around them and i'd rather not unscrew everything if it came with no casing. Am I retarded? Is there casing on each of these?? Maybe I got one that wasn't cased? Should I bother unscrewing the plastic cover because I really DO NOT see any plastic covering the bulbs

I just purchased a 24 gallon aquapod about a month ago and my directions said to take the plastic covering off the lights and there wasn't any plastic covering on the lights in mine either. So, no your not retarded, they just have incomplete instructions. I found better ones (click here for the PDF)

I received the tank on 3/20 and it didn't have any plastic cover on the bulbs.

THere is no plastic covering the 12AP lights either, but the instruction wants it gone. LOL
