I would like to replace the fans, these are too loud.

I'm not sure what size they are, but if they are standard computer fan sized then you could replace them with vantec stealths and use a variable voltage adapter to adjust the speed (and noise). The vantec stealths are extremely quiet. Here is a link to the 80mm fan and a variable voltage adapter. They have 120 mm fans and other sizes so maybe one or more of these would work in an aquapod...

Who knows which size fans are in this unit? I am not at home to check right now, and current-usa info doesnt show much on the specifications for this unit. Aquapod24 7051.

I think I read this in a thread today....First try loosening the screws a lil, if that doesnt quiet them make a lil gasket out of felt and put that between the fan and the cover
