I usually buy locally in Huntsville but happened to be in Birmingham on Saturday. While therre I dropped by Aquarium Designs.

I will have to say that I got great customer service from Shawn (SP?)! Bought a Lawnmower Blenny and told him that I would be travelling home to Huyntsville. That had tobe the best packing job I've ever seen for a $15.00 fish even down to a box to carry it home in!

Although I get great service locally I must say that Shawn and Aquarium Designs get an A plus.

I was in there this weekend also and had the opportunity to talk with Shawn.

He is very customer oriented and seems knowledgeable about the livestock too.

I bought a purple Fungia Plate Coral and they held it overnight for me until I was ready to leave town.

We might seriously want to consider having them host us again for either November or December.

It sounds like they are getting back on track. I had heard a lot of bad things about tank conditions, fish (as in dead ones), etc. I'm glad to hear they are coming back around - I'd have hated to lose another one.

It is a beautiful store but it seems here recently their prices have skyrocketed. Aquarium Imports of of 31 has a smaller selection, but is easier on the wallet.

If you are up towards gadsden al take 77 south to The Living Reef formerly fish tails. nice store good help Jerry is the owner Very Helpful!!!
