Aquarium stand

Need some input on my stand in progress. Currently have a 75 gallon tank standard dimensions 48x18. I am making that can accommodate a 180 gallon (upgrade) 72x24. I have legs where the 4 corners will be for both tanks. 2x6 top. The question is do I need more support in the middle.

I forgot to mention that the top with be 3/4in birch and the front/sides will be skinned in 1/2 in birch

I think you'll be more than fine. As with most 2x stands, it appears to be way overbuilt.

With the weight distributed, I think you will be more than fine.
