Aquasanrise Plus R60 help

I just set up a 40 breeder with an Aquasanrise Plus R60. Figuring out how to use the iOS app to set the the correct lighting spectrum and timer is extremely difficult and the product did not come with a manual for this. Can anyone recommend a guide on how to properly use this light? I am going for a mixed reef and would like to have the light on a timer with the moonlight at night. Thanks for any suggestions!
