What do you think of this. Plus rocks with corals already in the tank going on top of these. The tower on the left may look drastically different when I pull it out to see how it will stack as it has a LARGE devils on it. And the gsp rock will be dead center between the two structures.

Obviously there will be lots of last minute changes when I go to pull the living things out and put it all together really quick.

I have to drill holes for the shelf. And build the left tower. But i don't think the rocks I have will work for the left tower.

I'd try to get some arches or passes that the fish can swim through. I was on the fence about them when I scaped my tank because the ones I'd seen looked fake and it doesn't really lend itself to coral placement, but I'm a believer now. It adds an extra path for the fish to take as they cruise around the tank, which makes a big diff in their daily routine. My wrasse used to just go back and forth all day and I think he's much happier with options. I mean, as much as fish can be "happy" I think I'd prefer something like a maze to just circling the same loop. And since you've got a hippo in there, my kole tang loves to kindve pop out of a cave or swoop through an arch. I think it's healthy stimulation for them.

I like yours as well! I was referring to the trench originally. But yours has came along very nice

Yeah. It's not done yet. Ive got to drill holes for fiberglass rods to put my shelves in. And build the tower on the left. Then you'll be able to see the "sand bay" in the middle and the shelf won't be on the ground so I can move the gsp back. And then wait for coralline growth to even out the colors of the rocks. And wait for my frags to fill in.
