I was sitting here reading this thread and just saw the commercial on ABC Channel 5 while I was watching Miami and Duke basketball at 4:45PM.

That is just too freaky!!

Gerg, Great job maintaining your cool.

I would humbly offer directions to the closest PetSmart for the first one that wants checkouts in 2 minutes or less!

While the shop doesn't have the most current warehouse automation for inventory control, it speaks volumes to your willingness and desire to help those that are trying to improve their equipment and do so without wasting what they have, thinking of only the “newbie” and what they might need.

I’ve never NEVER been to the shop in the last 5+ years that I didn't get service! Even when you were rinsing the toxic insect spray from your leg and were in the pool. I RECEIVED service and you were willing to answer my questions.

Continue to do it for the right reasons, because you love the hobby! Yes before everyone starts to lambaste me with their replies "I’m not kidding myself I know he’s making a living for himself and his family" however go to a commercial store and see how personal they want to be! Check out their knowledge too.

I havn't been there in a year and swore I'd never go back because of the attitude I found there. That said, over the years Greg had warmed up to me a bit and has been more helpful the more I go in. But what really keeps me going back is his coral selection. Just a cool store to waste 3-4 hours deciding how to rid yourself of a couple hundred dollas. I'll have to make another trip there soon. I gotta say though-man the critter really knows how to treat a fella! Man did he spend a lot of time with me there last week and all of my dumb questions. That speaks volumes. Try getting that in Aquarium expenditure. Not.
