Hi Roger,

I have a Aquawind and only one fan is working. The second fan does not turn on (led's work) unless I start the fan manually. Then it turns but does not come up to speed. Do I have to send it in for repair or can I get parts for it?

The only parts available are the power supplies and clamp, send it in and as long as their is no water damage and it is less than 2 years old we would replace it under warranty. Include your receipt and a current address and phone number
