aqueon 40 gallon breeder tempered bottom?

Hey just wanted to know if anyone else has purchased on of these and got a tempered bottom. I know they are supposed to be non-tempered but the one I just tried drilling last night was. dummy me didn't check before drilling. Thankfully, Petco did replace the tank because of the tempered bottom. are they switching to tempered?

Just a little aggravating being they advertise them as non-tempered bottoms. ill be checking the other two when I get home.
