Aqueon LEDs, Any good?

Anyone try the Aqueon LED bars, http://www.aqueonproducts.com/products/modular-led-aquarium-fixture.htm# ? I won one in a raffle at the ECMF convention this weekend along with a 33 gal long tank, I plan on making my new display tank. The LED bar only came with 1 strip, but I See replacement BLUEs for $33 each (http://www.marineandreef.com/Aqueon_Modular_LED_Aquarium_Light_Fixture_s/860.htm). Would this light bar be sufficient?

I currently have my setup in a 20 gal high tank, with a coralife quad T5HO , and looking to transplant that into this nice, 33 gal. I figured with only a 12 inch depth, these LEDs might be worth it to use, unless im told that my T5HO is going to be better.

Never had LED lights before for my tank.

These are low power leds and I think your T5HO is much better for your application.

thanks. thats what i thought I wont use them on my salt tank then. Maybe my fw tank

I would think better for the de tank. They are decent lights for viewing fish, but not for growing much.

No those are the worst Lights ever made.

Even worse than the Marineland Reef "NOT" Capable LED's believe it or not.

And they are expensive too.
