Are AOI zoas considered rare?

The blue AOI Zoas are a personal favorite. I have been trying to find some for sale but can't seem to find any. I saw WWC sell some on one of their online sales but even searching the internet for them I cant seem to find them! Are they are rarer Zoanthid or am I just having bad luck?

Some pieces seem to be boom and bust. Last weekend I was at a swap with about 20 or so vendors/hobbyists that set up tanks. I was looking for king midas, tubs blues, and Miami vice. Hundreds and probably thousands of frags in tanks and I could not find any of these 3. A couple years ago everyone and their brother had them. Same thing with AOI, a few years ago everyone had them. I have not seen them around in awhile though.
