Are Brine shrimps good for saltwater fish?

I have changed from fresh water to saltwater fish hobby. Most of my fresh water fish are gone, but I still have lots of frozen brine shrimps left. Are brine shrimps any good for saltwater fish?

NO. Might be good to initiate a feeding response out of newly aquired fish, but they are nutritionally deficient. It's kind of pointless to feed brine unless you soak them in a vitamin supplement (i.e. Zoe) and maybe a fatty acid supplement (i.e. Selcon). I would just toss this stuff if I were you.

Hmmm... didn't know brine shrimps are that bad. But yet most fish stores sell them and they are not cheap. On the same token, human body contains > 70% water. So we are not that good in term of nutrition neither.
