Are my fish killing my torches?

I've had a few torch heads deteoriate oddly lately and Im not sure what's causing it. A close friend suggested it sounded like a fish was doing it because of the quickness of their death. Here's my fish list:

A few flasher and fairy wrasses
A Hoven wrasse
Blue throat trigger male and female
Vlamingi Tang
Nasi Tang
Magnificent Foxface
Hawaiian Black Trigger
Bluespot jawfish

I've had all these fish (meaning species, but also some of these actual fish as well) in mixed reef before without issue, but do any of these stick out to anyone as not being "reef safe"

Magnificent will mow them down...personal experience here. They are nippers. Ive got one who has just started nipping on a welso...he will be removed this weekend.

The one before this, took out a large frogspawn of mine.
No more fox for me.

Thanks buddy, that was also a suggestion I heard elsewhere today

He's been saved by trap malfunction about 5 times now. I'll report back once he's out and the problem continues or doesn't.
