More'n likelya N. wennerae or some small gonodactylus. You could probably get 5$ for wennerae or as much as 30$ for a G. smithii, G. ternatensis, or G. viridis from a mantis enthusiast.
considering mantis can change color with molts it may not stay neon green - Natasha has gone between bright lime green - tomato orange and back to bright green again...
