Are percula clowns slow growers?

I've had a pair of semi Picasso percs from pro aquatix since last September. They are the slowest growing fish of everything I have.
I have a 90 mixed reef with the following livestock
3 yellow assesors
1 mystery wrasse
1 one-spot blenny
1 blue fin goby
2 red firefish
Pistol shrimp
Peppermint shrimp
Cleaner shrimp
I'm worried that they aren't eating enough, but I'm not sure if this is typical of the species or not

Take a look in the breeding forum. I'm pretty sure that is where I read that percula grow half as fast as ocellaris.

I could be wrong, though.

Yes they are very slow growers.
