Are Silversides all.......?

Is there another food besides Silversides I can feed my Anemones? I feed them about once a week to every 10 days. Do they like anything else and am I feeding enough? I have had them almost 2 years and two of them have cloned themselves so now I have 5 of them. Thanks for the advice.

Meaty stuff like chunks of squid, shrimp, or scallops. I like using the packs of chopped up frozen squid.

Also mysis shrimp and krill, and Rods food, which is a mixture

All the food my anemones get is the lighting and a tiny bit of mysis shrimp!Some people really dont even feed their anemones but once every 3 to 4 weeks!

I have fed my ritteri nothing by Silversides for 4 years. I have tried mysis and krill, along with squid. Everything gets released except for the silversides.

Same here. I'll give me 12+" LTA a silverside every other week. I also see the clowns feeding it whenever they eat.
