if all your SPS are up high, get nems that like the sand... that should minimize the risk

ALL anemones are mobile. Sand anemones would be your best chance but they can detach and roll around your tank and sting things. Most sand dwelling anemones are also lower flow so they may not appreaciate the higher flow that your sps love.
