use aptasia-x or if you are partial to live methods, buy a couple peppermint shrimp (make sure they are peppermint, NOT camel) and they will take care of your aptasia problem

Although Aiptasia sometimes looks much like yellow polyps at first glance, detailed inspection shows they really are different.
Yellow Polyps, Palythoa and zooanthinds look very different.
Note they are less jelly like, not as transparent and the tentacles (filaments) of the polyp and are in a single alternating outer row and are more "sturdy / stiff"
Now look again at the Aiptasia, more transparent and jelly like, tentacles are different and may be in more than a single alternating row, also the stems tend to be longer and the central (mouth) is different. If touched they will retract differently.
