Are these corals poisonous???

i was doing a water change and I accidentally rested my finger on one and I got a stinging sensation on my finger and it started to burn. Just wondering if it was an allergic reaction or of they are poisonous.

Not really dangerous, but I hear they can be painful. I have either never gotten stung by one or I am imune to pain apparently lol.
