Are these Spirorbis? And other Questions.

Are these spirorbis all over my rock?

I also have another question on my substrate. I have some algae growing on the top layer, however I didn't rinse it when I put it in. If I decide to use the gravel vacuum should I be worried about kicking all the dust up and harming the life in my tank?

I also want to aquascape soon and have about 8lbs of live rock I just got done cycling. What is the best way to do this? Keep the fish, cuc, corals and everything in the tank while doing this or try catching them and putting them in the bucket?

All opinions will be appreciated.

They look like spirorbis to me, but there are others on here who have much more experience identifying critters. I wouldn't worry about the vacuum. Most of the dust should be sucked out into your bucket (or wherever you are putting it). I rinsed my sand but still had quite a bit of dust get sucked into the gravel vac during my first few water changes.
